- The guarantee covers all bottles from your first order—simply ship them back to qualify for your refund.
- Both one-time purchases and subscriptions are eligible.
To receive your refund, you'll need to return your order. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are processed only after we receive your items.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before fulfillment begins—our team will let you know if it is too late.
Once your order is being prepared for shipment, it can no longer be canceled. In that case, you'll still be covered under our 90-Day Guarantee.
Subscription Cancellation
We keep subscriptions flexible to fit your lifestyle. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime after 14 days from your order date. This gives you the chance to truly experience the benefits before making your decision. After this period, you're free to cancel whenever you'd like—no minimum commitments.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned items, please allow 1–3 business days for us to initiate your refund. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
