Question. You say take two caps in the morning. I started out with one in the morning and one in the eve. A few weeks in I decided to try the 2 in the morning as I was supposed to. The second day of that it all came out on the way to the bathroom. I went back to one in morn and one at night. Anybody else have this experience? Jerry Tomlinson
