It works!!! I was skeptical and I thought, no way will I have a bowel movement day 1. I stand corrected. It works. No cramps. And I am now regular. Hopefully, my body doesn't get used to this and stop working. But I will now take this daily as a supplement.

Working the day after I first started taking it and it's not really doing much of anything right now I'm into my ninth day. I've been taking two at one time and then red one in the morning and one in the evening would be better. Don't know if you can keep on the miralax and this also and then come back on the miralax gradually?

Well I have been going 3 and 4 times a day and I fill the toilet!!! I don’t like it in the morning because it causes some cramping for about an hour and goes away! But other than that it is definitely cleaning me out

I’ve been on a GLP-1 for the last eight months with severe constipation. I’ve tried so many different things for constipation with no success. I saw this product and thought I’d give it a try.
